Return & Refund Policy

Because all Lux-Crete Design products are custom-made and handcrafted to order, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the size, weight, and custom nature of our concrete furniture and fixtures, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Each item is made specifically for the customer, and returning large concrete pieces is not feasible or environmentally responsible.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
• Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our craftsmanship.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage and packaging

We will assess the issue and, at our discretion:
• Repair the item
• Replace the item
• Provide a partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not possible

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Natural Variations Disclaimer

Concrete is a natural, handcrafted material. Variations in:
• Color
• Texture
• Air pockets
• Minor surface imperfections

are normal and expected and are not considered defects. These characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique.

Freight Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been delivered and signed for, responsibility transfers to the customer. Please inspect your delivery before signing and note any visible damage with the carrier.
