Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Lux-Crete Design offers standard shipping via trusted carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx or freight partners depending on item size). Orders are typically processed within 5–10 weeks after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times vary by location and item availability.

Shipping

We providestandard shipping to the lower 48 Continental States of the USA on all eligible products. Some oversized or custom pieces may ship via freight carriers due to size and weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to become active.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international destinations. Customers in these regions should contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and assist you in receiving a replacement or repair.
